Do not allow your thoughts to slip away,
The world of creation is yours to find,
It's in and all around you every day,
In deepest holes of darkness in your mind.
The power to tell a story, strange or true
And make a whole fantasy world to keep.
Your poetry may tell of feelings blue,
But really in happiness you do leap.
In you, you have the skill to dream up love,
To make two marry and to make them fight,
To destroy them with powers from above,
Or let them lead their passion into night.
But remember to never just let loose,
Powers within, you can't control or choose.
